He was very good at pointing out issue with house's and things we might want to think about. I have worked with other realtors that just want the sale. We really had two transactions and Chris was very helpful and responsive making sure everything I wanted happened. I would highly recommend Chris to anyone for their real estate needs. He was referred to me by my Dad, who had done business with Chris in the past. I am so thankful my Dad gave me Chris's contact information. He was wonderful to work with. He was available whenever I needed him with any questions or concerns. He made the home buying process go as smoothly as possible. As a first time home buyer it can be a little nerve racking, he helped eased all those nerves. It was a great experience! If I ever choose to buy or sell again, Chris will definitely be my realtor of choice!
