So for the last year and a half Zach and I have been house hunting. We never could settle on a house and felt so frustrated until we found this beauty! I can honestly say that we wouldn’t be making this announcement if we didn’t have Chris Christensen in our corner. From the start we felt secure in his hands. He always told us his honest opinion on a house and why. He just gave us all the information he had so that we could make smart decisions. It felt like another Dad giving us all his life advice while also protecting us. Then fighting for us to have this house at the end. Thank you Chris for being a damn good realtor! January 4, 2026I contacted Chris in a panic, needing to purchase a house back in MI sooner than expected. He immediately assisted with setting up a search and even recommending a great financing company. Having been states away, I wasn't able to view everything in person. Chris made the time to view multiple houses on two different weekends, helping eliminate most via phone tour. I was able to make a very quick house viewing trip, in which Chris toured multiple houses with me, none of which were top contenders. A house unexpectedly came on the market. He immediately scheduled a showing the next morning, placed an offer for me, suggested a great inspection company, and remained calm during the chaos. We closed on our house last week and couldn't be any happier! Chris was AMAZING! I highly, highly recommend him!!

Chris Christensen did a great job with each of the homes he helped us with. His knowledge of the market in this area, and his experience , really made a big difference. He was very responsive , and really knew how to put together a deal to benefit all involved . I have had the opportunity to work with him on 5 different deals and never had any dissatisfaction. He’s the best !!!!

Chris is friendly and professional. He was great to work with and I would highly recommend. The thing that I liked best about working with Chris was his no-nonsense attitude. I never felt like he was trying to sell me anything and I always felt that he was being honest and straightforward.
