His lifelong involvement and knowledge of the community and attention to detail allowed the process of finding a home, placing a bid on it and closing happen in two months. Chris was very responsive with communications and immediately had the answers based on local experience. Chris knows who to contact to efficiently get answers and tasks completed. We are a four-hour drive from Boyne City so having such a competent individual to rely upon in the area made a big difference.
