Chris is friendly and professional. He was great to work with and I would highly recommend. The thing that I liked best about working with Chris was his no-nonsense attitude. I never felt like he was trying to sell me anything and I always felt that he was being honest and straightforward.

Chris was great to work with! He was very patient with us! He worked with us for roughly 1.5 years to find the right home for us!! He never gave up on us or got upset with us! He was very good at pointing out issue with house's and things we might want to think about. I have worked with other realtors that just want the sale. First time home buyers. Though we found the house ourselves, (it was a bit outta the area we told Chris we were looking), he was helpful and informative. Unfortunately, the other realtor ended up being a real piece of work, Chris took control and didn't let things get outta hand. He got the job done, even with the "issues". Thanks Chris!!

Chris is a phenomenal realtor. I told him we were not really looking and didn't want to be pestered, but to get a hold of me if something very special came along meeting our criteria. He let me know of a listing he was about to list and we looked at it the next day. The next day, we were under contract. During the closing process, he worked on several legal, technical issues that arose, but never made us feel like we should be worried...he is calm under pressure. After we put our old home on the market, we had two offers in ONE day. We accepted an offer from another realtor in Chris' office and working with both of them during the closing was seamless. We are so thankful for Chris' honesty, candor and immediate responsiveness to our phone calls and emails. Chris is ON THE BALL and a straight shooter!
