Today, we are sharing a great buying experience with Chris Christensen, Lynda’s Real Estate Service, Boyne City. Myself and my wife recently moved from SW Michigan to Boyne City. Unfortunately, being 4 hours away made it extremely difficult to walk through homes, and ”jump on” the ideal homes in very tight real estate market. After meeting with Chris, he quickly was able to relate to our needs/wants in a new home. We managed the home search remotely, which was made very easy by timely communication from Chris. Chris’s broad market experience and industry knowledge helped us find and purchase our new home, in an extremely tight timeframe. At time of purchase, we were managing a bank, title company, sellers and ourselves all living in different cities across Michigan. Chris managed communication and documentation from all parties, insuring no concerns at closing. After our purchase, Chris has continued to be a huge asset to us when needing local knowledge of the best trades people. Chris knows everybody! First time home buyers. Though we found the house ourselves, (it was a bit outta the area we told Chris we were looking), he was helpful and informative. As first time home buyers, we didn't really know where to begin. Chris was patient and took the time to explain things and give recommendations for what we should do, and who we should talk to, without us feeling like he was pushing us one direction or another. I contacted Chris in a panic, needing to purchase a house back in MI sooner than expected. He immediately assisted with setting up a search and even recommending a great financing company. Having been states away, I wasn't able to view everything in person. Chris made the time to view multiple houses on two different weekends, helping eliminate most via phone tour. I was able to make a very quick house viewing trip, in which Chris toured multiple houses with me, none of which were top contenders. A house unexpectedly came on the market. He immediately scheduled a showing the next morning, placed an offer for me, suggested a great inspection company, and remained calm during the chaos. We closed on our house last week and couldn't be any happier! Chris was AMAZING! I highly, highly recommend him!!

Chris is excellent! He is knowledgeable and understanding. He doesn't not pressure you at all, but gives you full honestly in every way possible. I would highly reccomend Chris for all your real estate needs.
