His lifelong involvement and knowledge of the community and attention to detail allowed the process of finding a home, placing a bid on it and closing happen in two months. Chris was very responsive with communications and immediately had the answers based on local experience. Chris knows who to contact to efficiently get answers and tasks completed. We are a four-hour drive from Boyne City so having such a competent individual to rely upon in the area made a big difference. January 4, 2026Chris is a phenomenal realtor. I told him we were not really looking and didn't want to be pestered, but to get a hold of me if something very special came along meeting our criteria. He let me know of a listing he was about to list and we looked at it the next day. The next day, we were under contract. During the closing process, he worked on several legal, technical issues that arose, but never made us feel like we should be worried...he is calm under pressure. After we put our old home on the market, we had two offers in ONE day. We accepted an offer from another realtor in Chris' office and working with both of them during the closing was seamless. We are so thankful for Chris' honesty, candor and immediate responsiveness to our phone calls and emails. Chris is ON THE BALL and a straight shooter!
