Today, we are sharing a great buying experience with Chris Christensen, Lynda’s Real Estate Service, Boyne City. Myself and my wife recently moved from SW Michigan to Boyne City. Unfortunately, being 4 hours away made it extremely difficult to walk through homes, and ”jump on” the ideal homes in very tight real estate market. Chris’s broad market experience and industry knowledge helped us find and purchase our new home, in an extremely tight timeframe. At time of purchase, we were managing a bank, title company, sellers and ourselves all living in different cities across Michigan. Chris managed communication and documentation from all parties, insuring no concerns at closing. After our purchase, Chris has continued to be a huge asset to us when needing local knowledge of the best trades people. Chris knows everybody! Chris was great to work with. We had a few hiccups with the Realtor on the other side of the transaction and Chris stepped in to make sure the transaction went smoothly. We really had two transactions and Chris was very helpful and responsive making sure everything I wanted happened. I would absolutely use Chris again if I have a need for a Realtor in Northern Michigan.

Chris Christensen, Lynda’s Real Estate Service, Boyne City made what could have been a protracted, if not painful, experience very efficient and pleasant. His lifelong involvement and knowledge of the community and attention to detail allowed the process of finding a home, placing a bid on it and closing happen in two months. Chris was very responsive with communications and immediately had the answers based on local experience. Chris knows who to contact to efficiently get answers and tasks completed. We are a four-hour drive from Boyne City so having such a competent individual to rely upon in the area made a big difference. Chis has continued to provide excellent support as we move and get settled into the community.
