Unfortunately, the other realtor ended up being a real piece of work, Chris took control and didn't let things get outta hand. He got the job done, even with the "issues". Thanks Chris!!

April 17, 2021I contacted Chris in a panic, needing to purchase a house back in MI sooner than expected. He immediately assisted with setting up a search and even recommending a great financing company. Having been states away, I wasn't able to view everything in person. Chris made the time to view multiple houses on two different weekends, helping eliminate most via phone tour. I was able to make a very quick house viewing trip, in which Chris toured multiple houses with me, none of which were top contenders. A house unexpectedly came on the market. He immediately scheduled a showing the next morning, placed an offer for me, suggested a great inspection company, and remained calm during the chaos. We closed on our house last week and couldn't be any happier! Chris was AMAZING! I highly, highly recommend him!!

Chris is friendly and professional. He was great to work with and I would highly recommend. The thing that I liked best about working with Chris was his no-nonsense attitude. I never felt like he was trying to sell me anything and I always felt that he was being honest and straightforward.

December 24, 2025Chris was great to work with. We had a few hiccups with the Realtor on the other side of the transaction and Chris stepped in to make sure the transaction went smoothly. We really had two transactions and Chris was very helpful and responsive making sure everything I wanted happened. I would absolutely use Chris again if I have a need for a Realtor in Northern Michigan.

January 4, 2026Chris is a phenomenal realtor. I told him we were not really looking and didn't want to be pestered, but to get a hold of me if something very special came along meeting our criteria. He let me know of a listing he was about to list and we looked at it the next day. The next day, we were under contract. During the closing process, he worked on several legal, technical issues that arose, but never made us feel like we should be worried...he is calm under pressure. After we put our old home on the market, we had two offers in ONE day. We accepted an offer from another realtor in Chris' office and working with both of them during the closing was seamless. We are so thankful for Chris' honesty, candor and immediate responsiveness to our phone calls and emails. Chris is ON THE BALL and a straight shooter!

February 18, 2020Chris was great to work with! He was very patient with us! He worked with us for roughly 1.5 years to find the right home for us!! He never gave up on us or got upset with us! He was very good at pointing out issue with house's and things we might want to think about. I have worked with other realtors that just want the sale. Chris wants you in the home that is right for you and your needs!! Chris will definitely take care of you!!
