Marty and Chris

So for the last year and a half Zach and I have been house hunting. We never could settle on a house and felt so frustrated until we found this beauty! I can honestly say that we wouldn’t be making this announcement if we didn’t have Chris Christensen in our corner. From the start we felt secure in his hands. He always told us his honest opinion on a house and why. He just gave us all the information he had so that we could make smart decisions. It felt like another Dad giving us all his life advice while also protecting us. Then fighting for us to have this house at the end. Thank you Chris for being a damn good realtor! Chris was great to work with. We had a few hiccups with the Realtor on the other side of the transaction and Chris stepped in to make sure the transaction went smoothly. We really had two transactions and Chris was very helpful and responsive making sure everything I wanted happened. I would absolutely use Chris again if I have a need for a Realtor in Northern Michigan.

Chris is a phenomenal realtor. I told him we were not really looking and didn't want to be pestered, but to get a hold of me if something very special came along meeting our criteria. He let me know of a listing he was about to list and we looked at it the next day. The next day, we were under contract. During the closing process, he worked on several legal, technical issues that arose, but never made us feel like we should be worried...he is calm under pressure. After we put our old home on the market, we had two offers in ONE day. We accepted an offer from another realtor in Chris' office and working with both of them during the closing was seamless. We are so thankful for Chris' honesty, candor and immediate responsiveness to our phone calls and emails. Chris is ON THE BALL and a straight shooter!
