First time home buyers. Though we found the house ourselves, (it was a bit outta the area we told Chris we were looking), he was helpful and informative. Unfortunately, the other realtor ended up being a real piece of work, Chris took control and didn't let things get outta hand. He got the job done, even with the "issues". Thanks Chris!!

January 20, 2020I contacted Chris in a panic, needing to purchase a house back in MI sooner than expected. He immediately assisted with setting up a search and even recommending a great financing company. Having been states away, I wasn't able to view everything in person. Chris made the time to view multiple houses on two different weekends, helping eliminate most via phone tour. I was able to make a very quick house viewing trip, in which Chris toured multiple houses with me, none of which were top contenders. A house unexpectedly came on the market. He immediately scheduled a showing the next morning, placed an offer for me, suggested a great inspection company, and remained calm during the chaos. We closed on our house last week and couldn't be any happier! Chris was AMAZING! I highly, highly recommend him!!

Chris was an amazing realtor to work with, very attentive, knowledgable, quick with responses, and really went above and beyond. What we though may have been a challenging property to list/sell, Chris had an offer within 2 weeks and closing shortly after. Will recommend and refer Chris to anyone needing assistance.
